I work 7-on 7-off, and sometimes my diet is crap be wise of it. On the night shift, I have to make my food when I wake up. There isn’t a good choice of food to eat out at night. I’d fast at work, but the. I have to eat immediately before I go to bed. So this work week, I’ve failed to prepare food. It can get discouraging, but hopefully I can do better tomorrow. I have an appointment at four so I should be able cook before work. We will see
Yesterday I didn’t sleep much. Today I had wanted to wake up at 4 pm to work out. I stayed in bed until a little after 7. I decided to postpone the workout to sleep.
